During Orientation, you will have the opportunity to learn about our 35-year local history and what internal resources we have to support you in your new career. From marketing to accounting to technology, you will meet the leading professionals who will be helping you along your journey. Next, our dedicated technology trainer will cover all aspects of getting you access to our platforms. This includes transaction management, CRM, marketing tools, email, and phone systems to name a few. You will also have the opportunity to have a professional picture taken and receive guidance on launching your social media presence.
For a newly licensed associate, a solid training program is key to your success and providing this to you is our number one priority. The Manager of our Rising Star program is a licensed Realtor and veteran educator who will be teaching you skills such as business planning, tools and technology, prospecting and buyer and seller consultation skills. In addition to your training, you will be provided with the tools to get your business started such as business cards, name badges, your personal website and announcement cards. During the Rising Star program, you are also part of one of our 8 branch office locations. Once you have graduated from the training program, you will continue to mentor with the training manager throughout your first year but you will also have a second mentor…your office Broker. Our non-competing brokers’ main goal is to help their associates be successful through one-on-one and group coaching, in-office weekly sales meetings and special training events to name a few. In addition, our technology trainer is available for one on one training on any of our platforms as well as scheduled sessions at all offices weekly. We will stand by you from day 1 and will provide the support and development that you need throughout the duration of your real estate career.
